Custom Tiki Build In Port Saint Lucie

These are pictures of a custom built authentic 18 foot, 6 inches x 14 foot x 14 foot (227 sf) tiki hut. The main posts going into the ground were 8″ to 10″ in diameter and sleeved. We use hand selected Florida native cypress poles. The solid cypress poles have been hewn to a smooth blonde finish. The thatched roof is made from fresh cut Florida palm fronds individually attached to the purlins.

You can see the work that goes into creating a custom hut. Besides the physical labor involved, Big Kahuna also carves the poles, thatches the roofs, and custom builds their tikis.

This is a premier tiki hut built at the famous Russell Farms in Ocala Fl. Known for their award winning thoroughbred’s.

We went all in with a large center cypress flair log with a ceiling fan. A one of a kind tiki bar with 4 custom hand carved gods out of palm wood. Custom hut design with cupola in the top. Also the bar has a full prep counter with sink and custom built louvered cabinets. No one has a hut this cool.

Big Kahuna Tiki Huts completed a custom built tiki hut/bar for a client in Cape Cod. We had to build the tiki hut on pallets so the tiki hut could be loaded onto a truck for shipment from Florida to Massachusetts.

This tiki hut will be used at the Resort on the beach for weddings and special events.
